This photo was taken during the morning commute. Note the walk light at the end of the crosswalk. People driving north across Market St
from 9th to Hayes/Larken always run the red light and then get stuck blocking Market St waiting for the cars to clear ahead of them. When
they do, they rush through the crosswalk and the pedestrians. Every day.
